It was honestly the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. Within the first two weeks, I felt better: less bloated but never hungry. I started sleeping through the night which straight away helped me control what I ate and gave me more energy during the day. With the right nutrition being fed into my body, my sugar cravings reduced and I found my focus and concentration improved dramatically.
I am now much more productive at work. I can manage busy and stressful periods far better as I am more in control and considerably less overwhelmed. You can treat this course as a weight loss programme and you will shed the pounds (6 and counting in my case) but for me what is more important is actually feeling better within myself. We start with a pre-week on Wednesday 5th October to get set up & prepared. You will be added to the Meno-Morphosis Chat Group and given access to the member's area to view the resources.
The first training is on Wednesday 12th October
Weekly live training over Zoom which is recorded & uploaded within 24 hours to the Members Area of my website for those that can't attend live.
