My name is Eileen Butterly and I work as a Special Needs Assistant in a Primary School.

Before I started the Meno-morphosis Programme I was struggling with hot flushes at night, putting on weight despite not changing anything in my diet.
I had low confidence, anxiety, mood swings and I didn't know where to turn. I wasn't sure I would get the most from the programme and was worried about food changes, coping with new menu's, meal prep and also if the food would cost more than my usual shopping in times of rising costs in everything.

Since then the changes that I needed to make were very easy to achieve. I have become much better in my choices of food especially for dinners. Some of the food can be made in advance which makes life easier for everyone. The recipes can made really quickly and ingredients can be used in different ways. In about 1 week my worries about a new way of eating were eased.

Within about 2-3 weeks I had noticed a difference in my clothes fitting me especially around my tummy area. My clothes are no longer to tight especially after I eat. If you are on the fence abou working with Rachel on this group coaching programme Id say go for it. You are worth the time and money.

Rachel is a wealth of knowledge and covers all the topics and more to cover all the question that were asked during our zoom meetings on Wednesday nights which by the way I will really miss. Each week a different topic is covered and it is very organised and everything is available in advance so you can have questions ready.

My name is Roisin Foley, I have just turned 50, I am busy sole parent of 2 teenage boys,
and have a demanding full-time executive/ professional role (which I love) in a large global food company.

Having recently started HRT, and trying to deal with symptoms of (peri) menopause, including weight gain, fatigue, headaches and more….I felt I needed to do something different to address issues I had never before experienced. When I read about the MenoMorphosis program what attracted me to it was Rachel’s holistic approach, albeit nutrition-based, to dealing with this new chapter in my life.
However, the approach and program has exceeded my expectations. Not only have my symptoms reduced/ disappeared, I feel equipped to deal with life!
Through a community of women in the same boat going through the program at the same time, Rachel has educated us, and helped us share and connect to learn and thrive!

One of the unexpected benefits of the program is a break in my sugar cravings - as a complete sugar addict before the program I can honestly say I do not crave sugar and chocolate any longer. I have a new interest in meal prep, cooking and nutrition and I feel so much more informed about the supplements I need to take for better health and a longer life.

Rachel’s recipe book, zoom calls, WhatsApp group and online resources have been invaluable. This has really been one of the best investments I have made in myself and my health.

My name is Louise Coburn, I’m 53, in perimenopause.

Among other things I’m a mum to 2 teenagers and wife to a workaholic.
Before I started the MENO-MORPHOSIS program I was piling on weight, feeling bloated, listless, I had high cholesterol. I could not get out of bed in the mornings and the afternoon slump was very real! My motivation for everything I once enjoyed was gone and I was feeling a bit sorry for myself.

Slimming clubs are not my thing but my health needed to improve. What really appealed to me about the MenoMorphosis program was that it’s about re-educating women on how our body works in midlife and how best to support your health going forward.

Within a week my afternoon slump had gone. I could get out of bed easily. I lost weight. I wasn’t bloated. All in the space of 7 days!!!

Rachel is a highly qualified professional who gave me great support, encouragement and guidance. The What’s App group support is phenomenal. The educational content is in-depth and very relevant. I was introduced to new forms of eating, exercise, winding down and thinking. On this program I gained knowledge, energy, lost 12lbs, lost 7.5inches overall, but most importantly I felt empowered to continue in this new phase of life and continue my improvements.

My name is Jane Downey and I work two jobs.

One is with Waterford City and County Council three days a week and the other is for our family business as we are self employed in Drainage Company.

I have a busy lifestyle with work and family and was feeling really tired and running on false energy which resulted in me craving alot of sugar. Before I started the meno morphosis program, I was having issues with sugar cravings, my digestive system, itching, bloating, hot flushes inflammation etc and was looking forward to starting this program. I got straight into this program and enjoyed making all the new receipes which I love cooking them and seeing the results from making good food choices.

My goal was to be down a dress size on the 7 week course. I managed to do this as I lost 17 llbs and 12.5 inches overall on my body. I have changed my eating habits for life, increase my exercise and will keep this up as I have seen major changes already and looking forward to continuing with loosing more weight and feeling the benefits at the same time.

I would recommend to anyone to do Rachel's course as there is so much to learn about what foods we are putting into our bodies, supplements to use, juicing benefits and more which has huge benefits for healthier way of living.

Rachel is an absolutely fantastic nutritionist. I went to her a few months ago to help with a specific issue. With a few tweaks in my diet I have been very successful and would recommend her to anyone. It's amazing what you can achieve with good nutrition and exercise. Thank you Rachel

In 2019 I started to experience peri menopause symptoms. After seeing a GP was advised to commence HRT, if I wished, and get a Dexa Scan. My Dexa scan showed that I had Osteopenia which was quite a shock. I have always considered myself a healthy enough eater and reasonably fit as I exercise regularly. I was prescribed a calcium and vitamin D supplement. I started HRT at that time. During the next couple of years I attended gym sessions periodically and in May 2023 I was fortunate enough to discover Rachel Graham and her wonderful nutrition course. Following the advice on nutrition and changing much of my diet to incorporate the foods needed at this age (56) I found my energy, weight and general well-being much improved. Further advise for improvement of bone density is to do weight bearing exercises. Within Rachels Nutrition Course she introduced us to Irma Fearon, a gym instructor. I signed up to Irma's online PT sessions, which include weight bearing exercises, tailored around my abilities and at times that suited both of us. I also purchased yoga classes from Shirli, another wonderful colleague of Rachels. I am enjoying doing the Flexibility Improvement sessions. Much to my surprise and delight when I had my Dexa scan recently it showed that there are no signs of Osteopenia! I have no doubt that the combination of HRT, much improved eating habits, recommended supplements and weight bearing exercise that this resulted in my improved Dexa scan results!!

I began Rachel's course Meno-morphosis because I was struggling with the symptoms of menopause including weight gain. Each week Rachel covered a different health topic which I found very helpful in piecing things together. Rachel provided recipes which were very easy to cook. Some of the recipes can be cooked in advance and put in the freezer. More than food was covered in Meno-morphosis.... wellbeing, heart health, exercise and gut health was also extensively spoken about. These topics are all extremely important in this challenging time of our life. The other ladies in the group were fantastic too. We shared our highs and lows on the group it is like having a new group of friends all with the same ideas in mind. Extra support is always a help. This course has changed my life and armed me with extra knowledge to help me get through this stage of my life. Thanks again Rachel x

I feel so fortunate to have found Rachel’s Menomorphosis 7 week programme. I have learnt so much and feel so much more knowledgeable about what my body is going through at this stage of my life. I have added so many delicious recipes to my weekly eating plan that were easy to prepare and so nutritious. I learnt about relevant supplements and have had a noticeable decrease in menopause symptoms. I am sleeping better and feeling more energised. I found Rachel in IG just before the pandemic. I recently joined her "Beat the Bloat Challenge" which lead me to her 6 week Menopause Nutrition course. So glad I found Rachel and her Menomorphosis course. Had definitely lost my mojo and control of my eating as well as convinced myself that weight gain was just something to put up with post menopause. Highly recommend Rachels 7 week menopause program...full of useful info on the following: supplements, recipes, exercises, especially weight training... intermittent fasting.... explains in details, good fats/bad fats/ hidden sugars...what foods to avoid..eat more organic..drinking plenty of fluids....changing bad eating habits to good...learnt about chemicals in the home to avoid & the importance of self care..& so much much more...very informative program...I'm feel more energetic, happier & family life has improved totally transformed my life. Hi Rachel, i’ve been making loads from your Menomorphosis book and I absolutely love it. Just had the amazing dahl and chickpea pancakes with apple and coconut yoghurt! Devine! I love every recipe that I've made from the book including the lentil and mushroom burgers, the falafel, chicory, orange and miso, beetroot ketchup, savoury granola, bliss balls, sweet potato cookies, almond butter brownies and the list goes on and on!! I have tonnes of energy and my sweet cravings have been dramatically reduced. Im loving this book and would recommend it to everyone! Thanks a mil

Hi my name is Veronica and I have just completed the MenoMorphsis Program with Rachel. I can honestly say it was the best investment I have ever made in ME. This journey has taught me so much and given me ways and knowledge to achieve optimum nutrition for me and my family. I’m am navigating my way through the peri-menopausal stage of my life which isn’t an overnight process, its 10 years or more. With that comes a whole host of undesirables, everything is an uphill battle, prolapse, insomnia, cravings, low moods and a general lack of confidence in so much. It is with immense gratitude and thanks to Rachel that the one and most important area I am now confident is my health and nutrition. It all starts with good nutrition; the rest will follow. This gives me hope and a sense of taking control of the way my body is and not my body taking control of me, that’s invaluable. I was exhausted mentally and physically, despite having a relatively good diet and love of exercise.
