I completed the 10 MasterCalss Series with Rachel & Helen...
Before I joined the BACK TO LIFE group, I was experiencing a number of changes within my body that I hadn't experienced before
It's all about connecting and joining like minded women who want to improve their health and happiness.
- My weight was starting to creep up and the usual extra walks weren't having an effect.
- My skin was starting to look dehydrated and my hair was dry and lifeless.
- Feeling tired with low energy
- Sore and stiff joints
- Intolerances and sensitivities to food I loved in the past
- I've gone from feeling tired & low in energy to a lot more energised and waking before the alarm
- My sleep quality has improved - I now sleep at least 7-8 hours every night
- I've lost 10 pounds, 2 inches off my waistline and I feel less bloated

Before I joined the BACK TO LIFE group, I was feeling fatigued, anxious and generally low which I would attribute to being perimenopausal and also lockdown fatigue.
Since joining the group I have
Through joining the BACK TO LIFE Group I feel part of something again.
If you're not sure about whether to join up, I would say go for it, you won't regret it.
- found my mojo again and my creative side has returned.
- I feel connected to life again due to listening and learning from Helen and Rachel and other women like myself
- I have been heading to bed earlier
- turning off SM at least 2 hours before bed
- getting up earlier in mornings and heading outside for walk
- I am mindfully walking and noticing nature around me.
- Taking up meditation has been invaluable for me and has helped me change my mindset.
- I feel more energised and at peace.
- I am drinking more water and am glad to know from listening to Rachel that my eating habits are fairly healthy with the odd blip as I am only human after all!
- My skin has also improved due to the many tips that Helen provided, between what products to use, tools to help and my personal favourite a facial massage to treat myself to once a week
Through joining the BACK TO LIFE Group I feel part of something again.

Before I joined the BACK TO LIFE Group, I was busy busy with work and the kids and never really took any time to stop and think about nice things like daily / nightly rituals / self care / lotions and potions to make me feel nice!
Since then I have...
- Shopped & cooked better ( buying and cooking all the colours of the rainbow - I actually get so excited coming home from the fruit and vegetable shop. I am sleeping much better and going to bed earlier
- I have started a nightly cleansing / toning / brushing / night cream routine. I look forward to it and enjoy the wind down rather than rushing around then just going to bed late
- I am exercising more ( even started running and spin classes) as I have lots more energy and I also really feel part of a lovely community since joining the weekly sessions. Its been amazing
- I started seeing results in around 3 weeks. It all just clicked for me that when I mind myself and listen to how my body is reacting to this new kindness and better choices
- I am now feeling much happier in general and more productive in my work and more energised in general
- the level of knowledge that is being delivered. Its amazing
- I also love all the info on supplements / diet and beauty recommendations
- Oh and 2 magic words - GLOW BOWL! Unreal!!
